Hiya
Just going through this site i remembered 2 live albums i have of unknown origin. I was wondering how official / rare they are and if anyone else has heard of them.
The first is "james recorded live at the glastonbury festivall 22-6-90" - set list - hung (hang on) hymn from a village scarecrow govt walls lets have a party (bring a gun) fire away promised land walking the ghost dont touch that wire (stutter) come home
its whitelabel vinyl with nowt etched except "one" and "two". the sleeve has a b&w photo with jim wearing ja-m-es teeshort - tim is at the front wearing shades whilst all the text is handwritten. the only additional text says "by Nicola Poole"
the second is James live at the Newcastle Mayfair, 02.12.90. set side 1 - Johnny yen lose control sapnish ace (RTB) sunday morning going away whats the world side 2 - pitiful all my sons god only knows next love (no "r") sit down
the labels are red + black - etched JMN104 A + JMN104 B sleeve has ja-m-es spelt out by the band turning away (b+w) whilst the back is proper type-set and says "for promotional use only - not for resale. made in uk. all rights reserved.
I've never seen these anywhere else, think i bought them in Beanos in croydon a long time ago
just wondering if you could shed any light on 'em!
cheers jamie

Both bootlegs and not bad ones at that, particularly given it's the only known recording we have of Pitiful on the Newcastle show.
One slight issue with the Newcastle one is that the version of Sit Down is actually from Glastonbury 1990.
