Just got a not-original-not-digipak version of Wah Wah after letting an original go on eBay. This was a disgraceful 10.99, and for that, I'd expected a little more ... product, shall we say! The music is wonderful, I hadn't heard any tracks before so this is great. But ... I'm turning it over and over in my hands and feeling somewhat ... cheated! Like, why didn't I just get one of you lot to burn it in exchange for ... a kinder egg?? Really. Cos that's what this is, pretty much. A big poo. Anyone else got this strange not very official version of Wah Wah? Or am I, as usual, over reacting big time?

Mittens,
Have you got or heard the single that I assume came from the Wah Wah sessions - "JAMJ James vs The Sabres of Paradise". (UK:JIMCD15)
It's 33 minutes of, err, it's quiet hard to describe, a sort of trippy dub mix that twists and changes it's sound the whole way through. Some bits are better than others but work a listen.

should be 'worth' not 'work' (dunno where that came from - maybe it's my subconcious telling me I really should be doing some?)
Anyone else got this JAMJ mix ? What do people think of it ?

the Jam J, James vrs Sabres Of Paradise is really good actually. its very ramdom and abstract but you can clearly hear bits of wah wah in there and some of the riffs that larry used at Glastonbury 94 during Jam J and Honest Joe crop up on this version.
Its a good chill out listen
