Difficult this, I have so many great memories of all the James concerts. Though the sound at Leeds SU was poor, as was that at the Embassy rooms concert. I have to say my most poignant one must be the Wembley one in 2001. (10th Dec). My diary notes say it all. "James at Wembley. Arrived at 3pm to find DB already quesing. Stood till 6pm in freezing cold. Got a great spot at the barrier. The concert was fantastic, even better than Manchester. Larry and Andy really adding that bit extra, even Brian Eno got in on the act! This was a sad but exultant concert all of the favourites were played and there was a sense of culmination. The zenith had been reached. The concert ended with everyone standing around looking absolutely stunned. The last ever James gig, so sad. I said my goodbyes to DB, no more quesing in the cold for hours. The very last James gig ever?" So ended my diary entry. But ....................................!!!!!!!! THE'YRE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D bon

I guess I really should use the smell checker!! That should of course be 'queuing' I mean the 's' and the 'u' aren't even near each other.
As an addenda, I quite enjoyed the Fleadh when they played under the name of Seamus. (very amusing!)

LOL!!! Firefox, as you type in text boxes like these on any forums, it picks up typing errors like microsoft word, sticks the red line underneath and allows you to correct the word to the English UK dictionary, simply by right clicking the mistake and selecting the correction. There are many other advantages to firefox, open source so people know what goes on inside it, less vulnerable to attacks by hackers / trojans & viruses on webpages - making it more secure than IE with all it's exploits... I could go on and on here...

oh dear god I see a NetBeans icon on your desktop, within the last month for the computing side of my degree (I'm taking Geography With Computer Science (and this particular module was Further Programming with Java)). I've had to create a program that simulates a Mars landing, updating various information every second and with other random features... followed 2 weeks later with an exam in it It was painful! Personally I've no real plans to upgrade to Vista either, XP works totally fine on my computer, few hiccups now and again but I can live with them. Just can't see why I should upgrade my computer for what I feel is a few new visual effects.

I love Netbeans. Considdering Visual Studio its nearest commercial rival costs a lot and Netbeans is free. Although like you I went through a preiod of hating it when I first had to use it. If your uni lets you, get a copy of Visual Pardign - just make a diagram of your program and click simply click 'generate code' ) (ok not always that easy!) Developed an app for my computing degree using enterprise java beans and it does most of it for you. Simulating a mars landing sounds pretty cool, a lot my interesting than my course is turning out to be anyway!
