C'mon kids!

At Ostrich Towers right now we have The Lilac Time's eponymous debut album, in authentic Swordfish Records unprocessed form, courtesy of the rather cool (if moribund) Inverarities blog

Groovy baby!
As part of my Stephen 'Tea Towel' Duffy binge, I've moved on to the album 'Paradise Circus'
You can tell from the production values that they were hitting the big time

Right now, Badly Drawn Boy "Forty Days and Forty Flights". Also been listening to the new U2 album a lot too, best album I've heard for years, really enjoying it.

Really?
I thought the single was terrible. Is the album better?
Here it's now 'Solid Air' by John Martyn

did the album he record with Saul and Mark ever leak onto the net? I think only one track came out on one of his singles.

Well the Slave Pits I am forced to endure are currently echoing to the sweet strains of Bob Marley and the Wailers

Really? I thought the single was terrible. Is the album better? Here it's now 'Solid Air' by John Martyn The single is a real grower. I though it was average at first, but now I really love it. The album is much better. Tracks 1,2 and 5 are instantly accessible, the rest are growers. I can't overestimate how much I like it though, if you are/have been a U2 fan at some point then I recommend it.
