Lester, get to carter early as the excellent frank and walters are on first. I think they might have a Glasgow headline show in the new year.

Much to my dismay, but with fair reasoning, I've got nowt booked until The Stone Roses in Heaton Park next year.
I'm sure I'll get summat booked, not sure when or what though, when so-and-so shows face. And body.

In the past month I've seen three of the best gigs i've seen for some time, all in great settings.
James - Liverpool Phil 2nd night - Belter Okkervil River - Sound Control - intimate and blody excellent (check out the brilliant version of no key no plan on youtube). The Fall - Chester Laugh Inn last night - small and perfectly formed, wonderful, you cant beat class!
What did you think of Yuck rebelbhoy I saw tham support Modest Mouse last year and thought they were most entertaining? If you see modest mouse you always get a great support act last three: Port O'Brien, Frightened Rabbit and Yuck.

Don't know about last tour ever but they are playing King Tuts next week which is fucking amazing! To see a band which can (and has this year) sold out venues the size of Brixton Academy playing in somewhere like Tuts that holds around 300 will be tremendous.
